Road Trip Baseball in Springdale August 7 – 8^th

Hampton Inn – Springdale located at 1700 S 48th Street, phone number is 479-756-3500. A block of rooms have been reserved for the Arkansas Miata Club, standard room for $74 and Suites for $84 (not including tax). Please make your room reservations as soon as possible. Section 107 between home plate and 1st base has been reserved for the Arkansas Miata Club (and anyone that wishes to go with us). We also have reserved parking. Tickets to the game are $11 and reserved parking is $2 – so for $13 per person we will have a wonderful time.

If you plan to attend, you MUST email JR and Debbie at miata2003@sbcglobal.net by July 24 so that final seating can be arranged, tickets confirmed and sufficient parking roped off. (you may either mail a check for tickets and parking to : 808 Country Club Road, Sherwood, AR 72120 or bring payment with you – for best prices and group rates, one payment is necessary to the ball park and Debbie will handle those details.

What fun, what fun, we will meet at 9:00 at the US Fuel, Hwy 5, Cabot exit, departing at 9:30 to travel as a group to Springdale. JR Mills and Debbie Wisdom are the trip leaders and they have lots of travel fun planned for the drive. We will have lunch along the way arriving in plenty of time for hotel check in, happy hour and socializing before departing for the game. (our hotel is about a mile from Arvest Stadium). Dinner will be Stadium delicacies during the game. The Hampton Inn is the host hotel for the Arkansas Travelers so bring your autograph books if you like.
